These original methods are derived from Teo’s own self-exploration journey, but also use supportive techniques from somatic + theatrical disciplines.
In a serious world, the importance of PLAY is needed now more than ever! When we PLAY, we set aside time to connect with ourselves and imagination. In these states, we are able to lighten up and find our JOY.
